A collaboration between True North Brew Co. and Horsforth Brewery. Fruited with Rhubarb and soured using a blend of brettanomyces and pediococcus. 

A Flanders red ale fermented using a traditional Belgian yeast strain then secondary fermented for 9 months with 5 bretanomyces strains & pediococcus damnosus before being aged for a further 6 months on forced Yorkshire rhubarb.

A complex beer with mid to high acidity, aromas of cherry & slight burnt orange, mouth feel is thin starting sweet with a building lactic acidity finishing with a hint of acetic acid and fruit.
